Drake Over Drinking And Under Thinking
Texan Drake Milligan returns with a live video from his Living Room Sessions.
Milligan, 25, performs his new song Over Drinking Under Thinking that follows his debut album Dallas-Fort Worth.
He debuted on our show in May live in a honky tonk with Gabi Butler and pals on his show debut with the title track video of his Juke Box Songs and Bar Stool Beers EP.
Drake won fame playing Elvis in CMT series Sun Records and Nobody movie before he won a large Australian following with his hits Don’t Leave Me Loving You and I Got A Problem at the 2024 CMC Rocks Queensland festival at Ipswich in March.
Milligan appeared on finale of NBC America’s Got Talent: Fantasy League to perform What I Couldn’t Forget.
He also released Honky Tonkin’ About with Canadian band The Reklaws and tours with fellow Texan Cody Johnson after playing Billy Bob’s in Fort Worth on New Year’s Eve.

Charley Crockett $10 Dollar Cowboy
Fellow Texan Charley Crockett wrote a swag of songs on a tour bus on his recent tours that included casinos and alleys pit stops.
Charley, now 40, toured here last year and again in 2024.
He performs his Hard Luck & Circumstances video from his 13th album $10 Dollar Cowboy out in April.
Crockett previously appeared on our show with I’m Just A Clown, Music City U.S.A, Round This World, I Feel For You, Fool Somebody Else and Run Horse Run videos.

Dan Tyler Child Of The Sixties
1st Mississippi minstrel Dan Tyler tells why he is a child of the sixties in his Nu Country TV debut.
Dan, now 74, has written hits for many peers including Dr Hook, Nitty Gritty Dirt Band and Kenny Rogers
They include his breakthrough song he wrote with his wife Adele – Bobbie Sue was recorded by The Oak Ridge Boys.
Dan, a former lawyer, also owned and operated a music publishing company, the Intuit Music Group, for over 30 years.
He has worked with peers including William Tyler, R.S. Field, Webb Wilder, Billy Ray Reynolds and David St. Romai.
Dan also penned his 1996 book Music City Confidential for Eggman Press in Nashville.
His Child Of The Sixties single and video follows two albums.

Larry Fleet Bus Trip
Chattanooga singer-songwriter Larry Fleet takes viewers on a bus and truck trip on his return to our show.
Larry, now 37, picked up passengers with a passion for living.
Things I Take For Granted is on his third album Earned.
Fleet also took viewers on the road in his previous Nu Country video Different Shade Of Red – one of 14 songs he wrote for his second album Stack Of Records.
He also fronted our show No Filter, Mix Them With Whiskey and Where I Find God from his debutalbum Working Hard.
Fleet, who was working as a stone mason, was discovered in 2017 by Floridian Jake Owen who took him on tours that landed him support roles with Willie Nelson.

Tori Forsyth Eudlo Equines
Former Hunter Valley and latter day Sunshine Coast singer-songwriter Tori Forsyth returns with her equine pals in full gallop.
Bradley Murnane filmed her third album All We Are title track video in Eudlo in Queensland.
Tori, now 29, released her album on May 3.
The singer also fronted our show with another Murnane filmed video Be Here – fifth single on her debut album Dawn Of The Dark.
She also appeared on Nu Country with her videos for Grave Robber’s Daughter, Redemption and In The Morning.
Tori was born on the NSW Central Coast and grew up on a rural property on the NSW Central Coast and then a 62 acre spread near Congewai – a tiny Hunter Valley village where “literally the town is a street”.
She mixed poetry and songwriting at school with encouragement of a grade 5 English teacher who “was the only teacher in the school who made poetry a thing, and it was really cool”.

Ashleigh Dallas Second-Hand Stories
Third generation Tamworth singer-songwriter and five time Golden Guitarist Ashleigh Dallas takes to trains and buses on her journey with her husband Chris and daughter Harriett in her new video.
They even visited the famed Big Banana at Coffs Harbour to film Second-Hand Stories.
Ashleigh’s Golden Guitarist dad Brett produced her Second-Hand Stories album that features her bassist brother Lindsay.
It was released on January 19 during Tamworth Country festival.
Dallas’s grandfather Rex, now 85, also won Golden Guitars in 1975 and 1976.
Ashleigh, 40, wrote the title track of her sixth album title track Second-Hand Stories with two peers at a DAG songwriting retreat.
She also fronted our show with previous videos for Lottery, Reflection, Long Way Round, Over To Me, Lighthouse, Sail Away and Me.
Ashleigh, who began her career at 17 as the fiddler in Kasey Chambers band, and Luke O’Shea also won Golden Guitars for their video Long Way Round.

George, Waylon, Merle and Willie Nelson were among country historian Barbara Dowling’s favourite Texans.
The Waylon, Highwaymen, Merle and George discs were donated by Barbara who died at 77 in December, 2020.
She co-hosted Long In The Saddle in our Nu Country FM era and was pioneer Australian and Victorian country music awards judge.
Barbara was admired for rising above losing her sight as a young woman and her country passion with annual trips to Waylon’s birthplace in Littlefield, West Texas.
Waylon died at 64 on February 13, 2002, and is survived by singing spouse Jessi, now 80, and son Shooter, 44.
