Our Series #51 is dedicated to our late long-time benefactor Rob Potts who died at 65 on October 27, 2017, and Texan Billy Joe Shaver who died aged 81 on October 28, 2020, after a stroke.
We’re also indebted to late country music archivist Barbara Dowling – co-host of Nu Country FM show Long In the Saddle – who died at 77 on December 11, 2020.
She donated her vast CD collection featuring Waylon Jennings, George Jones, The Highwaymen, Merle Haggard, Willie Nelson and Jessi Colter CDS to Nu Country TV as membership renewal awards.
