Philadelphia born Charlotte Morris boomerangs to Behind Bars on the show filmed and produced by Laith Graham and repeated Wednesday at 1.30 am.
Cayman Islands duo Hi-Tide and Alabama outlaw Trey Lewis debut on the show with the return of Albury born singer-songwriter Bill Jackson and prolific Cronulla Golden Guitarist Luke O'Shea.

Micah Nelson celebrated his outlaw father and singing actor Shotgun Willie Nelson at his 90th birthday concerts in April last year.
Micah - youngest of Willie's eight children - took the stage at Hollywood Bowl with his paternal tribute inspired by a family conversation.
Micah, 33, and brother Lukas,35, were among many stars at the two-night show.
He told the story of the birth of Die When I'm High I'll Be Half-Way To Heaven in his video with Daniel Lanois.
It's on Willie's live concert album and DVD.

WILD CHILD CHARLOTTE MORRIS

Californian born singer-songwriter Charlotte Morris's returns to our show with a song inspired by divorce of her parents.
She performs Love Ain't Real from second album Wild Child out last September.
Morris released two EPS after moving to Nashville and debuted on our show with her joyous journey to Tennessee in her previous video.
Charlotte was born in Santa Monica in California and raised near Philadelphia - after graduating from university she hit New York City where she performed in clubs and bars.
She wrote Tennessee after moving to Nashville.
"I wrote Tennessee a few months after moving to Nashville in 2021," Charlotte revealed.
"I was totally infatuated with the city, and the summer was a whirlwind of sunny days, first dates, lake swims, long hikes, basically living in a bit of a fantasy land - summer camp for adults. But as I started to settle in, I also started to snap back to reality. I had moved here for a reason; plus, I'm a real adult now yikes and have responsibilities.
It's on her debut album Songs For My Next Ex that followed her 2018 EP To New York With Love.

HI TIDE CELEBRATE ISLAND IN THE SUN

Cayman Islands duo Hi Tide celebrates its isle in the sun on their Nu Country debut.
Their first 12 albums won worldwide fans for co-founders Shane Allenger and Sean Hennings.
Island In The Sun is on their 13th album and DVD The Studio Centre Sessions.
Their catalogue includes five albums of original songs and three Christmas Collections.
The band's cover of Bob Marley's Waiting In Vain was on an Italian compilation album and their originals and covers received extensive airplay on Satellite Radio including Kenny Chesney's No Shoes Radio Sirius.
Their expansive catalogue is celebrated on Cayman Islands radio, mainland USA , Hawaii , Canada , Europe, South America and the Caribbean.

Alabama outlaw singer-songwriter Trey Lewis dug into his own life for his diverse songs.
Trey, 37, had plenty of material after being in rehab for alcohol abuse.
His femme fatale awoke from a heavy night in his Pretty Hungover video.
I've been a troublemaker my whole life. This is a batch of songs that speaks to me and I hope there is something for everyone to relate to here, Lewis revealed.
We all start off in different places in life and struggle is real, but so is victory and love. I am grateful for our team and their efforts to make this the best album it can be.
Pretty Hungover follows Mine Never Could that was released in December.
Lewis scored his first major-label single as songwriter with Cole Swindell's Three Feet Tall - song about the personal experience of how Lewis's parents' divorce affected him as a young boy.
Pretty Hungover is on his 14-track second album Troublemaker that followed infamous hit Dicked Down In Dallas.
In 2022 he supported Kid Rock on his Bad Reputation Tour to perform Dicked Down in Dallas with Twisted Brown Trucker.

BILL JACKSON FINDS A PRECIOUS CARGO

Albury born Bill Jackson who has long called Melbourne home and wrote most of the 10 songs on his new album with Vietnam veteran brother Ross.
But he penned his Precious Cargo eighth solo album title track with his producer - Dingoes guitarist Kerryn Tolhurst - and Nashville writer Mac Gayden.
Bill previously fronted Nu Country with Jesus Take The Wheel, Double Shot and Lucy's Life videos.
Bill and Ross also explored their family roots to source a video from Bill's seventh album The Wayside Ballads Volume 3 on Laughing Outlaw Records.
They wrote The Shed about great grandfather William's jailing for his role in the 1888 Brookong Station shearer's strike near Lockhart in NSW.
The shearers strike at Brookong was one of the first, Albury born Bill told Nu Country TV.
Our paternal Great Grand Father William Jackson was an active participant and became a founding member of the Australian Union Movement.
The Jackson brothers honoured William in their song and video promoting their album produced by Tolhurst.
William is featured in the 9 Martyrs sculpture in Walter Day Park commissioned by Spirit of the Land Lockhart Festival, Lockhart Shire Council and funded by Festivals Australia.
The 9 Martyrs was installed in October 2008, commemorating 1888 Brookong Station Shearers' Strike and confrontation between shearers and pastoralists, known as the Wool Kings.

LUKE O'SHEA BEATS A DIFFERENT DRUM

Cronulla singer songwriter and 16 time Golden Guitarist Luke O'Shea told the story of his life in music on his Nu Country return with Different Drum - title track of his ninth album.
Luke, 54 and father of three, grew up in southern Sydney.
The Cronulla music teacher has since written a swag of hits for peers and honoured a ghost on his recent Nu Country appearance.
Luke revisited a 1902 coal mine disaster near Port Kembla where the bodies of 96 miners who died in a gas blast were recovered.
The only exception was Mickey Brennan.
O'Shea, wrote Hey Jumbulla (The Ghost Of Mickey Brennan ) with mining disaster descendant Zane Banks, who appears in his video.
Three of Zane Banks coal mining ancestors survived the disaster.
Hey Jumbulla followed Luke's seventh album There In The Ochre .

The Waylon, Highwaymen , Merle and George discs were donated by Barbara who died at 77 in December, 2020.
She co-hosted Long In The Saddle in our Nu Country FM era and was pioneer Australian and Victorian country music awards judge.
Barbara was admired for rising above losing her sight as a young woman and her country passion with annual trips to Waylon's birthplace in Littlefield, West Texas.
Waylon died at 64 on February 13, 2002, and is survived by singing spouse Jessi, now 80, and son Shooter, 44.
