If I feel like something needs more funk than I can give it, then I'll go to Jay. But I think I'd have to feel like I need one of them. Allan says he doesn't worry about pleasing others. I am so anti-people's opinions when I'm making a record, but when it's finished and I put it out there, I hope somebody likes it, he said. I never watch the charts; it's something I can't control and it drives me batty. Allan performed on the Country Thunder tour on the eve of his Australian return. ADAM HARVEY ON ANOTHER WINNER Adam Harvey backs himself and his hometown football team Geelong from afar at his NSW Central Coast retreat at Batteau Bay . Harvey , 39 and holding, enlisted a colourful cast including his son Conway and daughter Leylah for the video for She Don't Know She's Beautiful from his 10 th album Family Life. The hit was originally on two time Louisiana Gubernatorial candidate Sammy Kershaw's 1993 album Haunted Heart released before he became one of Lorrie Morgan's four ex-singing spouses. Harvey also honours his dad Len who worked as a rigger for more than 30 years at the recently deconstructed Alcoa factory in the song Do The Best You Can. The singer also performs at the Gympie Muster this week before a national tour that brings him back to his home state in spring and support role on the Kenny Rogers tour in January.
