Australian singer songwriter Audrey Auld Mezera is making a triumphant
return after living and working in the U.S. for two years.
Audrey has a new husband Daniel Mezera, new name Audrey Auld Mezera
and CD, Texas, recorded in Austin during a tour of the Lone Star state.
The singer included a song Missin Mez to her new spouse, whom
she first met in Hobart when she was 18. |
They were
married 21 years later after reuniting in San Francisco.
The Van Diemen's Land refugee performs her new video clip of her song
Love You Like The Earth on Episode five of Nu Country TV Series
#3 this Saturday - February 5 at 8 p m.
The show is repeated at 3 p m on Tuesday February 8 as a preview to her
concert with Bill Chambers at the Cornish Arms, Brunswick, on Saturday
February 12.

HARVEY BACK IN THE SADDLE

born trucking troubadour Adam Harvey headlines the Bunyip Country
Music Festival on Sunday February 27 as a prelude to his Victorian
tour in March.
Harvey, 30, won his sixth Golden Guitar in Tamworth in January on
the eve of release of his sixth album Can't Settle For Less.
The former Geelong truckie, a support on the sixth Australian tour
by Shotgun Willie Nelson, performs a video of his new single God
Made Beer.
Harvey, 30, is priming the pump for his east coast Australian March
tour with former Canadian rodeo rider Corb Lund.

TONY
EALES SPRINT CAR SUPERSTAR
Queensland
singer-songwriter Tony Eales has been challenging Adam Brand as the major
musical magnet on the national sprint car circuit this summer.
Tony has been performing his single Sprint Car Superstar at race meetings
as far afield as Avalon, Warrnambool and Mildura.
The singer, now 38, burns up his petrol-fuelled imagery in the video clip
that he released to promote his debut album Life 101 on independent label
Trinity.

JULIE ROBERTS BREAKS OUT

Carolina born singer Julie Roberts has been a smash hit on the international
music scene with her big selling self-titled debut disc.
Her breakthrough hit was Break Down Here - a song that echoed
the fate of a car that her mother drove to Nashville.
Julie, now 26, performs in the video clip of the song that topped
charts after her major role in a CMT reality TV documentary.
Roberts' album was also voted among the best of 2004 in many critics'
lists.

MALIBU
BLUEGRASS STORM
Californian
bluegrass band Malibu Storm is another new young act breaking the genre
to a broader audience.
The group features former child TV star twins - Dana Burke and Lauren
Mills - and Michael Alden.
The trio energises its video of bluegrass revamp of Def Leppard 1983 hit
Photograph, penned by Shania Twain's spouse Mutt Lange.
Alden, 19, and videogenic twins Dana on banjo and Lauren on fiddle elevated
Malibu Storm onto the charts.
Lauren and Dana played Heather on TV soapie The Young And The Restless
aged just four.
Shock Records has released Malibu Storm's self-titled debut disc in Australia.

born Barb Waters and Cyndi Boste spread their wings on a recent spring
tour of Europe.
Barb joins peers Lisa Miller and Rebecca Barnard on a evocative live cut
