T-BONES - NOW IT'S GONE

Sunraysia reared roots country band The T-Bones headline Episode 2 of Series #3 of Nu Country TV on Saturday January 15.

The T-Bones also provide the roughage on the young country diet of the Nu Country TV free concert at the Arts Centre on Sunday January 30.

The band wrote High Street Sunset about the Beer Can Hill locale of the former Nu Country studio that burned down on June 26, 2000.

But this time Nu Country TV producer director Peter Hosking filmed the T-Bones live on their singer Andrew Pupillo's original song It's Gone.

It was a highlight of their fifth album Smartest Kid In Town.

The band recently released its seventh album Lowdown on Corduroy Records.

ADAM HARVEY

Geelong born trucking troubadour Adam Harvey perform songs from his sixth album Can't Settle For Less when he headlines the 16th Bunyip Country Music Festival on Sunday February 27.

Harvey recently returned from a Canadian tour with Jason McCoy.

The tour was a reciprocal visit for their joint Australian regional tour in 2004.

Harvey debuts the video clip for his hot new single That's What You Call A Friend from his new ABC Music album.

The Bunyip concert precedes a national tour with another Canadian - former rodeo rider Corb Lund.

MONTGOMERY GENTRY

Turbo tonking chart topping Kentucky duo Montgomery Gentry blazed a hot trail as it duels with Brooks & Dunn for sales and awards.

The lads are protégés of Charlie Daniels, Hank Williams Jr, the late Waylon Jennings and other kindred spirits.

They perform their first #1 hit single If You Ever Stop Loving Me from their fourth gold album and DVD You Do Your Thing ( Sony.)

The hit was penned by co-producer Rivers Rutherford, Tom Shapiro and Pam Tillis's second ex singing spouse Bob DiPiero.

STEVE FORDE SINGS A LETTER

Grenfell farmer and rodeo rider Steve Forde bit the bullet and worked in the U.S. to soak up the music scene.

Forde was raised on a Cowra farm and mixed music with bull riding and bareback bronc work before following his dream to Texas in 1998.

The singer, now 28, honed his tunes with Music City writers and cut two albums in Nashville - Livin' Right in 2002 and Wild Ride last year.

Steve performs the video for his new single The Letter from Wild Ride this week.

FISK & CRISTIAN

Melbourne duo Donna Fisk and Michael Cristian rolled in the snow to create a chilly vibe for the title track of their third album The Big Picture on Honk Records.

The creative couple have again bolted into the finals of the Australian Country Music Awards this weekend.

Donna and Michael competed with Bella, Carter & Carter, The Flood and Jonah's Road in the vocal group or duo of the year with this song.

NICKI GILLIS ON THE MOUNTAIN

Former West Australian singer Nicki Gillis debuts the video for her new single On The Mountain on Nu Country TV.

The 1996 Gympie Muster Winner was also the 2002 headliner at the World Women's Hockey Championships captivating her audience of over 10,000 plus via satellite to viewers in 16 countries.

She made the finals of Female Vocalist at the Victorian Country Music & Australian Songwriters Association Awards for her song Lonely from On The Mountain.

Nicki also joined Newcastle-based artist Brooke Leal in the duo Velvet Moon.
